This charming home offers a nice place to settle in while you adventure the coast. You are close to it all; local stores, breweries, restaurants, and close beach access points. With a spacious backyard and fun activities to do while staying in, you may not want to venture out as often as you thought! Enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and a game or two of corn hole.The neighborhood is mostly residential, however, you are close to other commercial businesses, restaurants, a brewery and local beach access points. This home is located in a residential and commercial mixed neighborhood. Specifically, a commercial business is located across the street from the home, it is a heating and air company so there is not much activity, we just want our guests to be aware before their arrival.Superfly Martini Bar and Grill is just down the road, walk or drive to enjoy great food and great service! You are also close to the local's favorite beach access/viewpoint; Chetco Point Beach Access is just .5miles away (about a 10 min walk from the home).
