Mingus Park Place - Coos Bay Our home is conveniently located on the edge of downtown Coos Bay, in a nice, family friendly neighborhood. It’s just a short walk with no steep hills to a variety of restaurants, pubs, antique shops and the boardwalk. We are situated directly across the street from beautiful Mingus Park.We have three bedrooms and two full baths. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a large six person table, the living-room with gas fireplace, a full bath with soaking tub, the queen bedroom with pillow top mattress and our spacious laundry room with full capacity washer/dryer and plenty of counter space to fold laundry and also a utility sink.Out the back of the house through the laundry room door, you’ll find the spacious backyard with room to play, the covered patio area and an uncovered space to the right where you can BBQ with our Weber charcoal grill. Upstairs you will find our coffee bar with Keurig and the mini fridge, an electric piano, the rooftop deck with table and seating for 4. Our second full bathroom has shower with seating and dual sinks. The twin bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and a shared nightstand. The master bedroom has a plush king bed, a little seating area with a table for two and a lovely view overlooking Mingus Park and the surrounding neighborhood. This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. We ask that you please keep that in mind. We wish to respect those of our guests who may have allergies or sensitivities. If your desired days are booked, please check back.
