Sunrises from the screened porch out front, and unbelievable sunsets over the Intracoastal waterway in the back. close to everything, 3 miles to beaches & hiking, 2 miles to walmart, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium.Very relaxing 3 bedroom and 1 bath home on the water with a private dock. There is a very large back yard with a privacy fence around all sides except the water, no fence at the waterline to save the few. The water is very shallow at the edge. There is a very large screened porch with a comfy XL hammock and seating area, as well as a smaller open area to sit out and watch the kids play or enjoy the sunrise.The current is very strong at times. We highly recommend anyone 14 and under to wear life-jackets. There are sharp shells in the water, so water shoes are recommended. Lastly, No diving allowed, it can get shallow on the sides of the dock at low-tide.
