Bathroom has a new ADA power flush toilet, grab bar and tall counter/sink.This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**
