Your family will feel right at home in the sunny, bright living area, complete with a cozy river rock fireplace, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen 42-inch TV with cable and a DVD player. Gather everyone together for a wintry movie night by the flickering fire, or head just outside your door to the patio's picnic table to enjoy a board game tournament on a summer evening. Enjoy a peek of the ocean from the patio and west bedroom. Back inside, the kitchen shares the living area's open space, allowing you to prepare home-cooked breakfasts or dinners if you prefer to dine in. There's an oven with stovetop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and even a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The four-person table is just the right size for a family dinner or game of cards. The patio also has charcoal grill, so you can host a barbecue on warmer evenings.Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed and its own TV, but you may want to call dibs on the west-facing room: it offers a lovely ocean view and a sliding glass door leading out to the patio. The full bath has a tub/shower combo for everyone's convenience, and the living room's sofa bed unfolds into a full-size sleeper to accommodate a few extra guests. The cabana is even dog-friendly, so you can bring along the family dog (up to 60 pounds), though a nightly fee per dog and a minimum fee per stay will apply. If you would like a little extra room during your stay, the cabana is adjacent to a completely self-contained spa suite perfect for an additional couple or small family. With the beautiful beach just one house away and all the shops and dining of Cannon Beach within easy walking distance, the whole family will enjoy a stay at this cozy cabana!Things to KnowIf you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
