Used both as a vacation rental and as a family retreat. The house is located in the east presidential street area in Midtown. The home has an open floor plan and hardwood floors throughout. The vaulted ceiling allows a balcony from the second floor to overlook into the main rooms (kitchen and living room). This creates a comfortable seating with lots of natural light.
