This two-story building includes four individual units, each able to be rented separately, but that combine into a wonderfully spacious vacation home for up to 14 guests! Stay with a small business retreat or family reunion under the same roof, but without compromising any of the comfort of your own private getaway.On the first floor are two cozy one-bedroom units. Each includes a full kitchen and dining area, cozy living areas with gas fireplaces and sleeper sofas, private bedroom, and a full bath, along with flat-screen TVs with cable, DVD player, and Netflix streaming. WiFi is also provided throughout each unit.In the Puffins Place cabana, the bedroom has a luxurious king bed, while the Sandpiper Pier cottage bedroom includes a queen bed and an entrance to a beautifully serene back patio surrounded by tall trees. Both can sleep up to four guests each, and their first-floor location makes them ideal for guests who would like to avoid climbing stairs.On the upper floor of the building are two loft-like units, one with a private bedroom and one with a studio-style layout. The larger unit, the Pelicans View cottage, has a bedroom with a king bed, a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa and gas fireplace, and a big kitchen perfect for preparing meals. In the cozier Herons Nest, you'll find a studio-style layout with a queen bed, gas fireplace, small seating area, and a kitchenette area with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The Herons Loft sleeps only two guests, while the rest sleep four; altogether up to 14 lucky beachgoers can share the entire Beaches retreat! Each unit is also dog-friendly, so bring along the family dogs for a real getaway (an additional nightly fee per dog applies). There are small patios with charcoal grills at each unit, so you can barbecue and enjoy the fresh air while you gather together as a group. A public laundry site is located at the Cannons Beach RV Resort two miles away if you need to do some laundry. There are four parking spaces included with the rental of the entire building, and with a central location in the heart of town and only a block from the beach, you can leave your cars tucked away while you explore all of Cannon Beach's finest galleries, shops, restaurants, and attractions! To comfortably accommodate a large group without ever feeling crowded, you won't find a better destination than this charming, well-kept collection of Cannon Beach vacation rentals!If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
