Present Street Place - 20min to Rodeo, NRG, Med Center Present Street Place is an 1870s home with a newly renovated interior. It is primarily geared towards guests needing to come to Houston for medical care, but when it is not occupied, we open it to other guests to allow us to reduce the price for cancer patients and their families in Houston for treatment. It is a cozy stay in a multi-cultural area, with a fruit orchard next door. If you want to host a party, please do so elsewhere. Otherwise, guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; please contact us if you have additional day use visitors. We do have video monitoring outside, so we can make sure only approved guests are on-site. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Guest Occupancy Agreement signature is required. No smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed on the property. Payments are processed via our secure main booking system. Features: + Rooms feature: 1 King bed, 2 Twin XL adjustable beds (can be converted to split king $), 1 double bed + Pack N' Play and/or cot available upon request + Room darkening/light filtering curtains in each bedroom; this helps block some street noise + Smart Adjustable thermostat (min of 68 in summer, max of 75 in winter) + Flat-screen TV in living room with local channels & streaming TV (login to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other streaming accounts)+ Cozy electric fireplace/heater in living room+ Covered parking for 2 vehicles; driveway parking may be available upon request. No street parking available + Chef's kitchen! Lots of counter space, gas range, fridge, microwave, small appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc. + Bosch Dishwasher (no need to hand wash when you're on vacation!)+ Coffee bar - Keurig with starter collection of coffees, teas, cream, sugars, etc. Drip coffee maker also available (bring your own coffee).+ Washer & dryer+ High Speed Wifi + In an older home with lots of outdoor space around it, despite quarterly pest control, pests such as tiny spiders and tree roaches can still make their way inside+ 1 set of luxurious towels per guest for stays less than 2 weeks. Makeup cloths provided so white cloths don't get stained.+ Ironing board, iron, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hair dryer, first aid items, as well as games and books are provided. Guest access+ The whole house is ready for your visit! There is plenty of room for parking, including covered driveway parking for 2 vehicles. The shed is not available at this time. + Please do not send mail or packages to this address. Amazon, UPS, and FED-EX pickup locations are available nearby, as are the Missouri City and Stafford USPS. Please arrange to pick up your mail and/or packages at these locations.
