Built in 1938, it is one of the few remaining examples of Lake Tahoe vernacular architecture left in the gated community of Glenbrook. This historic home has been the summer residence of film stars Rita Hayworth and Ida Lupino. The spacious interior is completely finished in knotty pine; every room has lake views. The home is in excellent condition, and has been updated while retaining its historic charm. It has four bedrooms, two full baths, and will sleep 8 people. The kitchen is large and up-to-date. The living and dining rooms have picture windows overlooking the lake, plus a local granite fireplace.
