We do not recommend the spiral stairs for those with mobility issues.*All bathing towels and linens provided. PLEASE BRING SEPARATE TOWELS FOR LAKE USE.LAKE USE: -Swimming is allowed.-Fishing is permitted (bring your poles!) with an Ohio fishing license.-We do not have a boat slip available.-Life vests, paddle boards, and pool noodles are available for use.HOUSE RULES & POSSIBLE GUEST SURCHARGES1. No pets allowed. We are animal lovers, but this is an animal free listing. If a pet is discovered on the property, a $250 fee plus damage will be charged, and the pet(s) must be removed immediately. 2. No smoking within 25 feet of the home. If our cleaners smell smoke inside the home, a $200 fee will be added to your stay. If you do smoke outdoors, please be thoughtful to discard all debris.3. You must be over 25 to make a reservation.4. Any outside visitors must be approved by hosts prior to arrival. Planning a party at this quiet property will result in an automatic $1,000 fine.5. Swimming and lake use is at your own risk.*The owners have a private, separate lower-level unit that they use occasionally on weekends. (think of it like a separate downstairs condo) There's a chance you may see them on the dock if they're around, but it shouldn't affect your stay. It is very important to us that all our guests are respectful neighbors in terms of noise levels (music, noise, loud language, etc.). Quiet hours begin at 11pm for everyone's enjoyment.
