Not to mention the second covered patio on the walkout level that has a covered 6 person hot tub, 70in smart TV and expansive seating area. • Lakeside Patio: Down by the dock, a charming patio offers a serene spot to relax and enjoy the water’s edge with a large fire pit to enjoy the evenings at. Never mind the outdoor TV to catch local THE Ohio State Buckeye games on with a full bar seating area! • No Wake Zone: Our prime location in the middle of Apple Valley Lake includes a ‘no wake’ zone in front of our dock, providing a safe, calm area for swimming and relaxing by the water.
