The two-story main house features a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar and kitchen table for four, a nearby dining area with seating for eight, and two distinct living spaces including a quiet sitting room at the front of the home with a desk and chair for remote work or schooling and a rear living area with a flatscreen TV for streaming everyone's favorite channels. Step outside and discover a furnished deck and patio with a gas grill for al fresco dining. Just steps away, the separate, fun-filled pole barn includes a bar with a full-size refrigerator, a pool table, and Ping-Pong. Elsewhere on the property, take a dip in the pool, gather around the firepit, or, if hunting is your thing, head out into the surrounding woods between November 1st and January 31st in search of your next prize trophy.Things to KnowFree WiFiQueen-size sofabed includedStreaming TV channels require guest accountsSuitable for weddings and other special events. No commercial tents or catered events without written permission or contractDue to events and weddings, occasionally there could be vendors on the outside of the property for set up or break down of event facilities.** The seasonal pool is closed from December 1st through May 1st*** No weddings, reunions, parties, gatherings, cookouts, or get-togethers of any kind with over 20 guests not staying in the house are permitted without an Event and Gathering Contract. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 15 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
