Up to 8 guests will feel those vacation vibes while playing in the private pool, cooking-out in the outdoor kitchen, kicking back by the outdoor fireplace, and taking in the views from the balcony that overlooks Firefly Park. The main house comfortably sleeps six and a charming bungalow, hidden in the trees, provides private quarters for two. Three full bathrooms offer privacy and comfort for your whole group. Centrally located in the walkable town of Carlton Landing, you can easily access all of the included amenities by sidewalk or boardwalk. Don’t forget to grab a snow cone at Bud’s Frozen Treats on your walk down to the lake!This unique floor plan offers 2 bedrooms on the lower level, a King bedroom and a second bedroom with a Queen size bed and Twin Bunks. These rooms share a hallway which steps out to grassy play yards on one end and the serene backyard on the other. The largest of the bathrooms is on this level, as well as the laundry room, with all essentials provided.Upstairs are the stunning open kitchen and living room. French doors open to the spacious balcony which has views of Firefly Park, Carlton Landing’s largest open green space. The balcony boasts seating for the entire household and is a favorite spot to enjoy snacks or play games with your group! Another full bathroom is located on this level as well as comfortable furnishings and the only television in the house.A little higher up, above the kitchen and living room, is a child’s play loft. Accessed by a built in wooden ladder, kids will feel like they are ascending to a secret clubhouse! An inviting stash of toys and books are kid approved and ready to entertain.The backyard is truly outstanding with an abundance of comfortable seating, a large paved patio, two sun umbrellas, and a dining table. The covered outdoor kitchen boasts a mini fridge, large grill, and plenty of counter space, plus a bar with stools. The 4 foot, in-ground pool includes wide concrete stairs and ledges for shallow seating and play. It is surrounded by lush landscaping and a rock waterfall that runs directly into the pool. The stately stone fireplace with firewood provided invites you to talk and laugh late into the night.Adjoining the backyard is Beck's Cottage, private guest house for two. It offers a front porch with seating, a queen bed, mini fridge, sink and coffee service. A full bathroom with a shower completes this adorable and unique guest space.We offer grocery stocking when arrangements are made in advance of your stay and would also love to make your vacation extra special by staging a celebration or arranging an in-home massage. Treat yourself to exclusivity and memories to last a lifetime at Firefly Cottage and Bungalow!**This listing includes the cottage and bungalow together. The bungalow cannot be rented separately.Please note that there is a pool fee at this property, which is reflected in the “Management Fee” section during your booking process.
