The first floor accommodates the powder room and laundry area, with the second floor having an additional coffee bar, and third floor dedicated to conversation, relaxing, or a movie on the 55” television - the perfect place for the kids to hang after a long day on Lake Eufaula. Porches are spectacular on this home and one of the primary amenities. With four porches, this home provides lake views from the second and third floors, while providing a wraparound first floor porch for that morning or evening glass of wine. All porches are uniquely and luxuriously furnished, highlighting couches, individual seating, porch swing, and hanging egg chairs.A notable feature of this home is all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The primary king suite is located on the first floor.
