Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room with all the essentials. Our home is tucked in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood, just minutes from beaches, stores, restaurants, parks, gyms, highways, and shopping malls.THE SPACE:Our single level home has an open concept main floor with direct access to the patio and large fenced-in yard and pool.BEDROOMS: Our home sleeps up to 8 guests.Bedroom 1: 1 QUEEN (sleeps 2) 65" Smart TV, dedicated work area, pool/backyard access and access to a full private bathroom.Bedroom 2: 1 FULL and 1 TWIN (sleeps up to 3), access to a full shared bathroom.Bedroom 3: 1 FULL and 1 TWIN (sleeps up to 3), access to a full shared bathroom.BATHROOMS: All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer for your convenienceLIVING ROOM: There is a large entryway leading you to the sectional sofa surrounding the entertainment center with ceiling speakers and 70" smart TV. The living room is open to the dining area that leads to the kitchen, and easy access to the pool and backyard.KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cookware, glassware, dishes, and utensils for your group. Includes refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, 4-burner electric stove, large oven, dishwasher with detergent provided, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and basic household spices and cleaning supplies.DINING: Our dining area is open to the living room and features an expandable table with seating for 6-8. Whether you're cooking a lavish meal or had one of the local restaurants deliver, you can gather around the table and enjoy together!LAUNDRY: We have a washer and dryer with detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets in the laundry room. An iron, ironing board, and hand-held garment steamer are also included.OUTDOOR: Our large outdoor space is well-lit and completely fenced in. Hangout poolside and enjoy food and drinks on the patio table with seating from 6-8 people.The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect!Our home includes a driveway for parking for up to 2 cars.GUEST ACCESS:CHECK-IN - after 4:00 PMCHECK-OUT - before 11:00 AMCheck yourself in using the access code that will be provided in your check in day. Most nearby destinations are a $7-$20+ per ride (depending on demand and destination).IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES:We respectfully ask that you please take a moment to go over our booking policies. By booking, you understand and agree to the following booking policies, house rules and fees. - All confirmed bookings require BOTH a selfie of the booking party holding your driver's license next to your face and a close up photo of the license. This allows us to verify that your license is in your possession. We also request the disclosure of the full names of all adult guests. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without this information.- No third party bookings. The booking party will need to present themselves and their ID on the video door camera upon check-in. The door code will only be supplied to the booking party upon check-in.- Booking with greater than 6 guests have additional fees. Host must be updated if the guest count changes from the original reservation.- No additional guests are allowed in our home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and to be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. - Please note that check-out time is 11 am. Guests are more than welcome to request early check-in or late checkout and we will try to accommodate as long as another group is not coming in that same day. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per guest for each additional hour stayed.- No pets are allowed. - No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances, of any kind, on the premises. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home - Parties or gatherings over your guest total are NOT permitted. Music videos and photo shoots are also prohibited.- Quiet hours begin at 10 pm-7 am per the noise ordinance. For the comfort of all residents in our neighborhood, please be conscious of noise. Should the police be called to deal with a noise complaint, or should we deem it prudent, all violators will be evicted with no refund. We take our relationship with our neighbors seriously and rely on you, our guests to keep noise at a minimum to reduce the impact on our neighborhood.- Pool depth goes from 3 feet to 6 feet deep. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. - For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances, exits, and outdoor areas. No surveillance is located inside the home.- The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. To ensure a comfortable stay, guests are encouraged to wash dishes during their stay and clean up after themselves. - Please try not to leave any food out and please no eating in the bedrooms.- Please do not flush items other than toilet paper are down the toilets.- Towels from the pool and bath should not be left on the furniture. Please hang to dry or use dryer in laundry room. - Trash should be discarded in containers on the side of the residence (side of the garage). The black container is for compost and waste. The green container is for recyclable items (paper, plastic bottles, cardboard, cans, cartons, and glass bottles).- Our entire house is available for quest access but the attached garage is NOT included - this is a private space.- Due to Florida's sub-tropical climate, reptiles such as lizards, palmetto bugs, and spiders may be seen. We routinely spray the property, but please keep the doors closed to prevent any bugs and insects from welcoming themselves in.By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm (accidents, injuries or illnesses, etc.) arising while on or from the use of the premises and that the owners or managers of the property cannot be held liable.
