There is plenty of room to sleep up to four people. There is a queen bed, a twin fold-out bed and a large comfortable sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Guests can enjoy free WiFi & High Speed Internet. There are two separate TVs so there’s no fighting over who gets to watch what.This duplex is such a great alternative to a hotel. You'll have a space that feels like a home. It has a full kitchen with all the basic cooking essentials, a full bathroom, two TVs, a utility room with a washer & dryer, as well as a desk for working... if you must. There's also plenty of parking for those pulling a boat, an RV, or U-haul.Guests have complete access to the entire duplex during their reservation. A small table with two chairs sits on the front porch for our guests to have an outside place to relax.We are available if needed but guests are given a passcode to get in on their own.Checotah is the home of acclaimed country artist, Carrie Underwood. Some of the best antique stores are located in downtown Checotah. There are also some great local restaurants that you’ll want to visit. Checotah is near Lake Eufaula and Eufaula State Park.-You will hear trains as the duplex is two blocks from active train tracks.-Conveniently close to downtown restaurants, shops, & grocery stores.-Not far off of Hwy. 69 or Interstate 40-This is a duplex, so you will share a wall with a neighbor-For self check-in you will be given a four digit code to enter on the keypad for entry.-The Wifi password is located in a frame sitting next to the TV in the living room.-The Roku TVs are set on guest mode. 1. Select OK then click on the date of departure so that your account information will be automatically exited; preventing others from using your account.2. Click OK3. Click on Start Streaming...this may take a few minutes to load.4. Once loaded you will then have access to several streaming applications such as Netflix or Sling.5. Use your own account information and enjoy!
