We can occasionally accommodate early check-ins however, these are not guaranteed and must be pre-arranged with your host. If you need a guaranteed early check-in time, it is recommended to add the additional night before to your reservation.Guests will have private access to the property via lock and key. Instructions for access will be provided just before the check-in date.All Decked Out is a private one story 3bed/2bath home in a quiet neighborhood located on a bluff at Lake Eufaula. It's open concept layout allows for easy communication with family and friends. There are five steps on the front deck leading to the entrance of the home. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:Master bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroomGuest bedroom: Queen bedGuest bedroom: Twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle underneathAdditional bathroom located across the hall from the guest bedroomsMaximum number of guests allowed: 8Please note the sleeping arrangements include a bunk bed. Due to safety restrictions for bunk beds and to promote the best experience for our guests, the maximum number of adults allowed is 6.*Use of the entire property and all amenities is done at your own risk. *Please use caution and monitor children/minors at all times. *It is advised to bring your own life jackets and/or safety/floatation devices for use in or around water. *Wood stove fireplace is not available for guest use.Maximum number of guests allowed: 8Please note the sleeping arrangements include a bunk bed.
