Shares: Front Living room, Kitchen with dining, 2 large elevated decks.1.3 acre property in executive residential neighborhood, property completely security fenced with parking for 6 vehicles.15 min. to Downtown (night clubs, theaters, galleries, museums, work?); 20 min. to Beaches; 30 min. to Casino;2 min. to our on site Entertainment Center which offers a pool table, bar set-up, professionally hosted karaoke set-up, in-ground swimming pool, tennis court, sand pit volleyball court, 2 gazebos (large front and back yards) where we host sporadic concerts by professional entertainers (friends and past employees of your Host Frank K)Most importantly at this time of virus contamination / travel worries ... WE ARE IN THE SUBURBS! The population density here is 1 person (per 50,000 sqft.) as opposed to 100 people in downtown Pensacola or 250 people on Pensacola Beach or 750 people in Destin or Gulf Shores! We have bugs, but also birds chirping, ducks and geese quacking, dogs barking, a neighbor a mile away flying his model plane, and someone a few miles away getting a new roof installed but, sitting in the front yard gazebo, you hear all this plus the sound of water spattering from the pool fountain in the back yard! And NO traffic noise or blaring radios! This IS life at the end of a rainbow! Relax and enjoy the day, then participate in our +E entertainment program in the evenings!
