The condo is approximately 800sf, has one bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa. The complex is brand new in 2022. It was completely rebuilt after a fire destroyed the original building in 2019. Pescador is conveniently located near the world-famous Florabama. It is a small, quiet complex right on Old River where you have direct water access for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing from the brand-new dock. Perdido is known for its sugar-white beaches, and laid-back atmosphere. Perdido Key has several miles of protected coastline with plenty of beach access and natural habitats. At Pescador, you will witness the most spectacular sunsets on the Key, watch Dolphin swim by, and enjoy all the spectacles of this lovely coastal community. You can also easily reach the beach to sunbathe on the soft sand, swim in the emerald water, and collect shells.
