You'll love this home-away-from-home. The 3.5 acre property gives you the feeling of privacy, a big back yard, great scenery and open spaces. You'll love the location too - close to hiking/biking trails and minutes from the ski area, snowmobile trails, horse riding trails, great restaurants and breweries. Almost everything in the home is either new or custom designed and built for a unique touch.Walk in to an open living area with comfy seating and a smart TV, dining room and kitchen on the main level with seating for 12. The full kitchen has everything you need to eat at home and enjoy the back deck or patio dining. Amenities include a grill right off the kitchen on the upstairs deck and all the appliances you need- from coffee pot to crock pot and everything in between.The main level has 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed, attached full bath with tub, walk in closet and smart TV as well as a printer for those of you who can’t quite leave work at work when you are on vacation. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with full-over-full beds. There is also a half-bath, laundry room and garage access on the main level. For your vehicles and toys, you will find a large double stall garage with plenty of parking in front.Downstairs you'll find another spacious living area with smart TV, game table, walk-out to the patio, outdoor fire pit and a 7 person hot tub. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - 2 queen size bedrooms as well as a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a crib in the large walk in closet. The bean bag in the lower living area pops out to a full-size bed and is a great extra sleeping option. The comfy sectional is the perfect spot for your family or group to enjoy a movie or TV show, play games or socialize. Direct TV and Wi-Fi are included.Whether you are looking for a location close to a lot of action and activities or a quiet get away, this home is perfect.
