Re: Pets & ESA’sI will allow pets if you can convince me you can control your animal. My last three renters “pets” pee and shit on my carpet. Two Dogs Barked at everything for hours non-stop all night, another bit the renters family child. If you CAN NOT CONTROL your animal DO NOT BRING IT! Or you will need an ESA. NOTE: AC Unit struggles to get temps below 76f during really hot days. I ask your patience on temps during heat of day and to use common sense on the AC thermostat. A setting of 74f can force AC Unit to run indefinitely, AC Units work best when they run intermittent (on/off).Thanks 4 Looking!
