Luxury Vacation Home on the Golf Course at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort A Beautiful luxury home at the famous Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa. It is only minutes away from Frank Lloyd Wright's famous house 'Falling Water', George Washington's Fort Necessity, and Ohio Pile's Waterfalls and Rapids. This home is extremely family friendly and is on one acre of land right on resort property and can be yours from 1 days to 1 month. This beautiful home was built for my family and friends, and will be well suited for your family and friends. The home is located on one of the highest points in The Nemacolin Resort and is in walking distance to enjoy most of the beautiful resort property. The Resort roads are open to the private home owners in the resort . You just need to mention to the gate tenders you are staying at the DeMarco House and they will let you pass . Beginning on May 31st the Summer rates and Holiday rates are 1450. Per night . There is A Game room with a slate pool table, ping pong, darts, Pac Man are there along with puzzles , and many of your favorite Board games for your enjoyment . Some Resort activities and Resort access may not be available as we do not control the Resort and their requirements even though the House is on the Resort golf course a room rental can be rented for full Resort access on the day your require golfing , the spa, etc . the Casino , Zoo , roads , walking paths etc , are available . There are 2 King Master Bedrooms en suite and two additional King Bedrooms for a total 4 Bedrooms with 4 King Beds. Sleeps 8.NOTE: Some of our Guests that wanted complete RESORT access in addition to wanting to visit the famous Falling Water House by Frank Lloyd Wright, or wanting to shoot the rapids at Ohio Pyle, or visiting the Resort Casino, have rented a resort room for a night or two along with staying the house. It has worked out very well for our some of our Guests that wanted to do both seeing the beautiful Laural Highlands attractions for a few days and visiting the Beautiful Nemacolin Resort for a few days .
