Spacious living area with two sofas and a chaise lounger in the sitting area. Enjoy the breeze on the outdoor patio with fenced in backyard, shade umbrellas and multiple seating options. A water hose is located in the front yard and we ask that you rinse off the salt and sand after your relaxing day at the beach.Guest accessYou have access to the entire home.Other things to noteMilitary Training DrillsWe are located in a large special ops and military area. From time to time the local military holds ammunition drills that can go into the night. We love our military and embrace the sound of freedom.Security Cameras and lightsPlease be aware there are 3 security cameras around the outside of the home and one in the garage. There is also a security system with motion detection and window and door sensors. There are NO cameras inside the home.Florida wildlifeOur neighborhood is located in an area known for the presence of black bears who may occasionally wonder in the yard or rummage thru the garbage. We kindly ask you to be mindful of possible wildlife while you enjoy our space.Complementary ItemsDuring your stay feel free to use the coffee and condiments provided. We have also provided a few beach items like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and towels. Please do not take these items with you when you depart. We would like for all our guest to enjoy these items.ParkingThere is plenty of parking in the driveway.
