Retreat on the bay while being just one block from The Gulf of Mexico! There is a small balcony on the front of the home and a large deck on the back. Sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening meal while taking in the bay front views. Walk out the French doors and enjoy a day at your PRIVATE Beach or grill some seafood with the gas grill on the back deck. Take a stroll or ride a bike down the beach path in this quiet neighborhood. Visit the local restaurants, The Navarre Fishing Pier, or The Navarre Beach Marine Park just down the road. There is room for two cars with covered parking and two extra vehicles in the driveway.This 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home includes: A large fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. An open floor plan living room with lots of seating, a large flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with panoramic views, and a balcony overlooking the bay. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, double walk-in closets, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed. A third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (Twin over full). A second full size bathroom. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. A partially finished garage serves as a first-floor guest retreat with a game room, a queen size sleeper sofa, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, and a full-size bathroom.
