Centrally located on 3.5 acres in Bolton Landing, Blue Hill Farm is just minutes away from dining, shopping, and the exclusive Sagamore resort. This secluded Adirondack-inspired lodge sleeps ten guests. Upon entering, you’ll find a new, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining room with beautiful cathedral ceilings and exposed beams perfect for large family gatherings. This space has 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows that capture stunning lake views and bring the outside in. Also, find a fully equipped coffee bar and laundry room right off the back door. The first-floor primary suite includes a king-sized bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a spacious, custom stonework shower. Just off the kitchen, you will find the old-fashioned lemonade porch with a lemonade stand, a wooden swing, a kid’s farmer’s market, and a place to play tic-tac-toe and other games. Enjoy a game of pool while relaxing by the fireplace in the billiard room. The billiard room also features a bar and striking floor-to-ceiling lakeside views. For more fun and games, the large Adirondack-style family room has something for everyone, including a sleeper sofa. Snuggle next to the woodstove while watching movies on the 65-inch smart TV or playing card/board games on the gaming table. You can enjoy freshly made butter popcorn with the full-sized popcorn machine or play Mrs. Pac Man on the arcade console. Kids will love the upstairs bedroom that boasts another 65-inch smart TV, one queen bed, full/twin bunk beds, and a pull-out sofa. Attached is a large barn-inspired modern bathroom with a tub and shower. For the adults downstairs, a large bedroom has two full-sized beds and is adjacent to yet another custom, full-sized bathroom.
