FIRST FLOOR Living Room with a 65-inch screen with Roku (Netflix, Hulu), stone fireplace, and pellet stove in an enclosed porch. Well-stocked kitchen with all the amenities, granite countertops, dining room table, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes a wood stove to enjoy, especially in the winter. 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds and plenty of closet space. 1 bedroom with full-size mattress bunk beds. All bedrooms have California closets throughout. Cable, wireless high-speed internet, Washer and dryer. SECOND FLOOR- Queen size bed in the Bedroom with skylight and a private full bath, a 2nd full-size kitchen with vaulted ceilings leading to the great room with a wood stove, skylights, and walk-out balcony deck and pull out queen size couch, In addition, 1 inflatable queen size mattress fits in the room.There is plenty of room outside to run around, play games, and sit near the fire pit. ACTIVITIES- Just outside your door, you'll find plenty of activities for you and the family in and around Bolton Landing, New York resort community. In the warmer season, you have access to beautiful town beaches, charter a fishing boat, rent a party boat or jet skis and spend an afternoon on the lake swimming and taking in the views of Lake George and its many islands on the multiple hiking trails that are perfect for all ages and abilities. If you are an avid fisher, spend the time to enjoy some of the best fishing of lake trout and land-locked salmon in the northeast. For you golf lovers, take advantage of the legendary Sagamore Golf Course just next door.
