Bolton Manor comes with everything you could possibly need as well as 145 feet of lakefront, 45 feet of a private sandy beach, a large flat yard, a movie theater, a gym, a bar, a pub room, a game room, and 4 dock spaces.As you walk into the main door, you will be in awe of the resort-style architectural design and spacious layout. The main floor features a smaller living room with a piano that leads into a 1,600-square-foot open-concept living room with stunning panoramic views of Lake George everywhere you look. This expansive room boasts three distinct living areas: an oversized sectional with two bar tables overlooking the lake, a cozy TV area with a fireplace and wet bar with an ice maker and wine fridge, and a round dining table for 6 alongside another stone fireplace. Off of this room is the exercise room with a stair climber, rogue air bike, and more. As you walk through the arched entry into the kitchen you will find a dining room table seating 8, a breakfast nook that seats 6, a wood-burning fireplace, and perfect views as you cook up your favorite meal. This gourmet kitchen has a 6-burner range, two dishwashers, two sinks, reverse osmosis filtered water, a large center island, a wine rack, and a TV. From here, you walk out onto the lakeside balcony that runs the entire length of the house and features a cabana, fireplace, BBQ grill, wine fridge, and plenty of seating areas. Next to the kitchen is a half bath. On the North wing of the main floor, you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed and a full bath while the other features a queen bed with a full bath. The South wing of the main floor features a queen bedroom with a full bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Attached to this bedroom with its own private entrance is another bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. In the hallway, you will find the laundry room and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The last bedroom on the main floor is the master king bedroom with a four-poster bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, a walk-in closet, a walk-out balcony with furniture, and a master bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in rain shower. The upstairs features a kid's den with a full-length window overlooking the lake with two bedrooms on either side. Each bedroom features a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a workspace area, and a half bath. The lake level is the perfect place to spend the day making memories. Right as you walk down the stairs you will find a ping pong and air hockey table, and an additional refrigerator. In the North wing of the lake level, there is a movie theater with a mini fridge, a popcorn machine, candy, and 8 reclining chairs. As you head to the South wing of the lake level you will walk through the wine cellar to get to the Adirondack-style pub room, featuring a pool table, jukebox, full bathroom, and living room with a fireplace. The custom-built wooden bar features an ice maker, a wine fridge, a sink, and windows connecting to the outdoor bar so you can serve drinks while lounging outside on the lawn or under the house’s second cabana area. From here, you are steps away from 45 feet of a private beach with Adirondack chairs, loungers, and a paved-seating area off of the sandy beach. Enjoy the beautiful Adirondacks while sitting around the custom-made fire pit. Bolton Manor offers direct lake access with dock space for four boats (up to 30' long), four kayaks, and two paddleboards.Just a few minutes away from the town of Bolton and the Lake George Village, Bolton Manor is the perfect spot for endless lake views and family memories. This home is handicap accessible and does have an elevator in the home that can be enabled; please inquire if needed.***This home is pet friendly, bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee, dogs only, fee per dog. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card.Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions.
