Cross country skiing is a must. on the trail or bring your snowmobiles and explore the many trails around the area.9 miles from the town of Republic, you can dig for fossils at Stonerose Fossil Interpretive Center, enjoy a cup of coffee from one of our many coffee places or enjoy fresh beer from the Republic Brewing Company. Several restaurants in town to have good meal. You can always cook and BBQ at the house.
