Enjoy the outdoor hiking, nature trails, snowshoeing or sledding over the rolling hills throughout the property. Only 15 minutes away from the secluded estate, explore the vibrant town of Republic; home to Eocene Fossil site. Local community attractions include “Winterfest” in December, “Prospector” in May & “Ferry County Fair” in September. Visit “Around Ferry County” for current events & specials! Even visit the ghost town of Bodie!Anglers can test of one of the many local lakes in Ferry & Okanogan Counties. Curlew Lake is a short distance from the ranch & offers kayak & boat rentals. For our Equestrians we have room to park your horse trailers and even a corral for your use while staying at the Ranch.While we don’t allow quads, dirt bikes or snowmobiling on the property at this time, the ranch is located close to the Empire Sno-park with miles of groomed trails. The Ferry County Rail Trail starting locations, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, rock hounding, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking and hunting are some of the many other area opportunities. *Please note that advanced permission is required for Hunting on the Hardrock Ranch property and a waiver must me signed.. Hardrock Ranch is a 3-hr drive from Spokane or 6-hr drive from Seattle.
