The home is approximately 1875sq ft. and consists of a large carpeted master suite, king size beds, bathroom with double sinks, shower, soaking tub and walk-in closet. The master opens up to the center living area via knotty alder French doors. All the other interior doors are knotty alder sliding barn doors.The center portion of the home is two stories with an approximately 450 sq. ft balcony that over looks the downstairs living and dining area. The balcony area is well furnished with a queen bed and full bathroom, hide-a-bed sofa, desk, coffee table, and chairs. Off the living and dining area is a half-bath with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large center island that has a 30" electric stove/oven plus seating for three. All counter tops are white quartz with silver specs. The home is situated on a very private 4 acres and because of its high elevation and all glass front window walls provides magnificent views of the city, surrounding mountains, and Arizona National Golf Club. This beautiful home is ready for your visit to Tucson. The carefully chosen décor and attention to detail will impress you. It’s peaceful, quiet, well-appointed and you’ll want for nothing. The furnishings are new and much care and dedication has been taken in every room. The property is located inside a gated community.
