LAUNDRY ROOMBrand new Washer and Dryer with laundry detergents, fabric softener, dryer sheets, stain lifters, steamer/iron, and ironing board.GARAGE & DRIVEWAYThe garage accommodates 2 cars in the garage and 6 bikes on the wall mount. The driveway accommodates 2 cars. 4 cars max on the property. No RVs. No street parking.HEATING & COOLINGThe central air and heating are controlled by a Sensi Smart thermostat, but as the home is older and quirky, it heats and cools better on one side vs the other side. We have provided space heaters in all bedrooms & fans in bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.INTERNETHigh-speed! 450Mbps+ that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails.SECURITYEquipped with Ring Security cameras. Security cameras are only installed on the exterior of the house. Located on the front door, two side gates, and garage door.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:Amenity limitations1. Pool - The pool is NOT HEATED, so will mainly be used in the warmer months. 2. Propane Tanks - There may be a chance that the propane tank runs out. We try to keep a spare tank full, but if the tank is empty, please go to the nearest Circle K (3 min drive) to refill it. It costs around $20. Just send a receipt and we will reimburse you.HOUSE RULESPlease make sure you read and understand these rules. It helps us provide a positive experience for all guests and minimizes any potential extra charges.1. We do not allow parties or events. Visitors are allowed but exceeding the overnight occupancy or making excessive noise during quiet hours is not allowed. If we determine you are disturbing the peace, we will provide a warning. If a third warning is needed, it will result in a cancellation and no refund.2. Pets. DogsAll pets are subject to pre-approval and a pet fee of $150 per stay (2 dogs max) will be requested if we approve of your pets. Message us with pet type, breed, and overview of their temperament(s) before booking for pre-approval.3. No unregistered pets. Unregistered pets will still be charged the $150 per stay (2 dogs max) pet fee.4. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a $350 fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.5. This is a no-shoes house. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes a lot of extra time to clean.6. No smoking or vaping. There is a $200 charge for cigarette or marijuana smoke removal.7. Do not mail packages to the home. We cannot guarantee you will be able to receive it.8. Check-in is anytime after 4PM. Check out by 11AM unless late check-out is requested. If our cleaners are not able to clean due to a late checkout, a $75 fee will be assessed.9. Please clean the grill after you use it. If the grill is left dirty, it will incur a $30 cleaning fee.10.
