Rehoboth Beach is within a 15-mile drive and Bethany Beach is less than 25 miles away.The home's spacious, two-story layout comes thoughtfully designed and furnished for family-friendly comfort. The impressive full kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and plenty of counter space for planning fabulous home-cooked feasts. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or alfresco on the screened deck which showcases scenic water views. Upper and lower living areas each include comfortable seating and smart TVs for ultimate flexibility when it comes to at-home gatherings. There's even a dedicated desk set up for work-from-home-needs. Everyday essentials include fast WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.Parties and large gatherings (more than eight) are not permitted.Guests are required to pay a Club Access Fee to use the above facilities, payable at the Athletic Center upon arrival. Daily or weekly passes are available. During In Season (May 26, 2024 - September 4, 2024), there is no Saturday use for rental guests. Depending on the season and day of the week, adult (16+ years) rates range from $10-$30/day or $51-$110/weekly, and child (6-15 years) rates range from $5-$15/day or $25-$55/weekly.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
