Tucked away on a secluded peninsula on the Indian River Bay, 37004 Sandpiper Road is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that only just completed construction in the spring of 2022! This rental truly has no rival, with water views on not just one, but THREE sides. To the east, there are no obstructions until the Indian River Bridge; to the South, nothing until the other coast; to the west, nothing until the inner reaches of the bay. Stay in complete peace and tranquility. Pack what you'll want or need for the week and never leave - how often do you get a rental with that perk? With its own section of private beach, this home allows guests to do just that. The stunning interior of this home is equally as amazing as its location. Guests enter from the car port to a ground-floor entry space. Take the steps up the main floor, which features a wide-open space that flows from the kitchen and dining space into a living room and screen porch. Three sliding doors into the living area from the screen porch as well as wall to wall windows on the porch allow guests to open everything up and enjoy the salty summer air as it blows in from the water. The porch opens onto a deck, which has its own set of stairs for going up and down to the beach and dock with ease. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom can be found on the main floor as well as a half bath. On the top floor, there are four more bedrooms. Two of those share a hall bathroom, while the remaining two have ensuites. The large primary bedroom sits at the back of the house and is highlighted by its own private balcony overlooking the Indian River Bay. No matter where you go in this luxurious home, you are guaranteed to have a water view. Boaters, make sure your vessel is ready to go! This home includes use of the dock space furthest to the left (furthest from the garage structure) which can hold a boat up to 25 feet in length.New for Spring of 2024 a waterfront hot tub! Relax and watch the boats go by in this spacious covered oasis. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $332.40. Booking Restrictions-7 Night Stays- June through August3 Night Stays- Jan through May and October through DecemberAll VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee. A rental must be booked 48 hours prior to arrival or the reservation will not be permitted.
