House comes with dock and lake access for swimming and fishing. (fishing equipment not included.)A row boat and kayaks are lakeside for guest use and enjoyment. Life preservers are included.One queen & one full size bed, Max 4 people. New washer and dryer. 50 inch flat screenTV with cable/ internet. Peaceful, quiet atmosphere!!! Perfect for couples get away. Explore local brewery's, wineries, restaurants, golf courses, rail trails, and state parks to name a few.No fireworks or firearms. No smoking or vaping inside the house.If you wish to fish please obtain a PA Fishing license prior to your trip. Thank you
