Private Lake Access & Buoy, Large Deck with Views Cabin is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has a large, remodeled living room and a kitchen with lake views, opening onto the large deck area with fenced side yard. Located on Big Springs Road on the east side of the lake, which enjoys consistent afternoon breezes (less bugs in the evening), crystal clear lake waters, and a "banana-belt" effect resulting in temperate weather throughout the year. Walking access through private lot to beach/cove access with single buoy. Perfect for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and relaxing on the beach. The cabin also closely located to boat launch, restaurants, grocery shopping, and boat rentals. Please note that use of neighboring buoys/docks is trespass. Guests limited to six. Pets considered with additional fee per pet (please inquiry). Up to 2 additional guests allowed with additional fee of $50/guest/night. Property manager resides nearby for any questions upon arrival.
