Cozy Waterfront Cottage!! Welcome to our four season family home with private lake front access and a beautiful view of Lake Pawtuckaway! A great summer getaway for friends and families looking . Enjoy all the summer activities this house has to offer such as sun bathing on the dock, exploring the lake, or checking out the local shops and restaurants nearby.** PLEASE READ** This property is undergoing renovations at the beginning of June. Current pictures on the listing are older pictures. The master bedroom, shown as Bedroom 1 in the photos, will include the queen bed that is shown and a bunk bed (single mattresses). The second bedroom, shown as Bedroom 2, will have the double bed (with a trundle bed underneath) that is shown and a bunk bed (single mattresses). The washer and dryer are in the closest of Bedroom 2. The kitchen is also getting upgraded with new upper cabinets, appliances and a new ceiling.Some of the amenities of the property include:- Outdoor: 3 season porch, outdoor patio with grill, fire pit and seating, dock with 2 boat slips, jet ski dock, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and life vests. - Indoor: all kitchenware, RO drinking water system, dishwasher, extra storage, washer/dryer, fresh linens, cable/wifi.Driveway to this property is very steep. There are two parking spots at the top of the driveway, two spots on the left side of the driveway and then one at the bottom of the driveway closest to the house. There is a staircase/walkway that leads down to the house from the parking spots.
