Large cooks' kitchen with soapstone sink, granite counter tops, kitchen island with second sink, stainless steel appliances, and cupola add extra natural light. Main floor master bedroom has custom barn door, walk in closet, and master bath with his and her sinks and counter space. Two bedrooms upstairs with full bath for family or friends. Finished lower level has separate family room, additional bedroom, full laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy taking a break on the back deck and take full advantage of full range mountain views and amazing sunsets, well landscaped yard includes stone paths, stone steps, stone walls, shade and full sun gardens, established blue berry bushes, and swimming pond to cool off in when the temps rise. Located close to Rec trails, vast trails, Northfield, Norwich University, Montpelier and I 89.***For Winter time stays, an All-Wheel or Four Wheel Drive vehicle is required when snow and ice are present, as the property is on an unpaved mountain road. The roads are plowed and maintained by the town and are safe to drive. Also during the spring thaw the roads can be quite muddy, so All Wheel/ Four Wheel is is recommended
