6 Bedrooms Home Suburbs of Chicago This is an incredible home designed to accommodate the traveler seeking a memorable family escape to modern/contemporary spacious accommodation, fully furnished, top of the line appliances, high ceilings with plenty of natural lights, spacious outdoor lounging and much more.With over 14,000 sqft of indoor/outdoor living space, this home allows you to escape to your own private resort.There are 6 bedrooms and 5 and half baths.. 4 bedrooms upstairs 1 bedroom in lower level and 1 bedroom located in the basement..Steam/shower in upper master bath, an spa tub's in both upper and lower master baths..A large outdoor BBQ and dining area, Home theatre (sits 8 or more) located in the basement with plenty of movies to choose from.Enjoy a healthy life with our very own gym located in the basement.Full access to this beautiful Chef's kitchen, fully equipped. dining room sits 8 or more..Free of use:Shampoo/conditioner/soapCurling iron/flat iron/hair dryer Clean towels, sheets, etc for every guestsPlease respect our neighbors, we would really appreciate it if you are going to smoke please smoke in the back yard instead in front of the house.also, when booking please be specific with the ages of all your children.It is requested that the utilities are used in a reasonable manner. lights, heater, aircon should be turn off when not needed.Smoking inside the entire house will automatically forfeit your security deposit. (small lil room in the hotel charge $300 to clean the room from smoke, i can only imagine how much it would cost to do this house) so please no smoking inside the house. Thank youAlso, please no shoes inside the house, this will also forfeit your security deposit. Thank you very much.Please dont be moving our furnitures such as couches, tables, beds, chairs, etc.One time $250 cleaning fee goes to washing all beddings, towels, cleaning all bathrooms and general cleaning of the whole house.NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. Super markets are within 5-10 min away!If you have any complains, please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodates your needs.
