This is a working farm on 32 acres in Kensington MN with the data trail running along the property for snowmobiles. This is a great location surrounded by area lakes, hunting wildlifes, and the Kensington Runestone Park 5.2 miles away. The rental property only consists of the main floor of the house, the out buildings are prohibited due to farming. Owners may come on the property daily to check on livestock. There are outside security cameras for safety and protection.
