Cozy beach retreat with stunning views of Long Island Sound Our beach house has been in the family for over a half a century. The three story, three bedroom, two bath house with living area, kitchen, dining area, and beach and road side decks, allows for great family time and entertaining. Over the years it has been enjoyed by many for family gatherings and ceremonies, and most desired quiet nights enjoying the view. Located directly on the beach, and a quick drive to local restaurants, marinas, and Metro North, a perfect location for an easy get away from Manhattan or northern Connecticut towns. Parking allows for 6 cars. The house will include beach towels, floating water mats, swim boards, and Adirondack chairs for your use . We love to grill on the deck and overlook the kids playing in the water. There are 2 tables, a service bar, grill, and much seating on the beach side deck. With great views of Long Island and the Sound, its relaxing to hear the waves and watch the boats pass by. Our favorite nights are when the moon is full. Sleeps 8, and we allow pets.
