Area on Back Patio around the Chimenea. Parking for Guests is in front of the garage door on the south side of the house. Trailer and Boat parking is clearly marked. There is plenty of night lighting for night time arrivals. Text or call owner an hour prior to arrival and owner will give instructions and or meet guests upon arrival. Guests who under report the number of guests will be charged for those guests for duration of stay.We will always be available through text or phone call, we live on the property.Dirty Towels & Dishes will be collected, laundered/cleaned & returned to the room daily.If guests would like to enjoy a fire in the Chimenea please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate. Due to safety reasons guests are NOT to light a fire in the Chimenea themselves.Owner asks guests to be considerate since this is their personal home and property. TRAILER, BOAT & MOTORCYCLE PARKING:Trailer and/or Boat Parking is an additional $20 per night, motorcycle parking inside one of the garages is an additional $25 per night. Text owner upon departure. Guests under the age of 25 years old MUST be pre approved by owner before booking. NO smoking in room.
