Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home w/ wraparound veranda on one acre of land. Located on one acre of land said to host a pirates camp in 1703. The Indian River can be seen from the front yard with access to 4 large boat ramps and a fishing dock 2 blocks away. Ponce Inlet is 5 miles up river and access to the Atlantic Ocean. 4 miles to New Smyrna Beach and Flagler Avenue. A Bait shop is 2 house away. Great Deli around the corner. Local lore says pirates escaping the British frigates after raiding the towns along the Carolina's turn into Ponce Inlet which was Spanish territory until 1815. The British ship could not go as far south as Edgewater for fear of running aground or capture.
