Your kids will love the spacious backyard where they can run around freely and play to their heart's content. Feel free to bring your boat, provided a private dock is available at the end of the backyard.This darling family-friendly home is made up of two well-appointed levels. The spacious living area features comfortable seating, a TV for family movie nights, and a designated working space with a beautiful desk, desk chair, and lamp. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to surprise your beloved guests with their favorite recipes. It has marvelous stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a small table where you can keep the chef company while they work and a washer/dryer. The separate dining room will be ideal for hosting family dinners with an extensive and gorgeous dining table.The bright and open main bedroom has a TV, a private balcony overlooking the backyard and water, an attached room with an ironing board and large mirror, and an en suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, double vanity, and tub.THINGS TO KNOWThe fireplaces are not operational.This home does not have any ground-floor bedrooms.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Security camera details: Security camera at front of house facing driveway and back of house facing the dock for security purposes.Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
