This property is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Out of respect for the neighbors, there are no parties allowed. If you would like to host a small daytime gathering, you must first request permission from the host. No more than 10 people will be allowed at the home at any given time. Excessive noise and/or trash that disturb the neighborhood will incur a fee and poor review. Additionally, failure to follow the rules can result in eviction from the property without a refund.Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry. The code changes with every guest.As you step inside, you'll discover our inviting open-concept layout, perfect for shared moments from cooking together to lounging in the living room with loved ones. With three bedrooms and seven beds, there's ample space for everyone to rest comfortably after a day of exploration. The master bedroom featuring two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The second private bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is tailored for the little ones with two bunk beds, perfect for a fun sleepover experience!As you venture onto our freshly renovated deck, complete with an outdoor dining set, you'll have the opportunity to explore our expansive backyard. Here, you can enjoy yard games with friends & family or allow your furry friend to roam freely on a leash!8 cars maximum are allowed on the property and should all remain in the driveway.-There is additional street parking available, please be mindful of neighbors
