Inside you will enjoy a light and bright home with décor that has been procured to provide the perfect blend of comfort and style. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and two more on the top floor. Outside, you can soak in the private hot tub and relax in the sheltered courtyard after days spent exploring the countless beauties of the Oregon Coast.This home enjoys an unbeatable Pacific City location, with the sandy beach right outside the back door. Take a scenic stroll along the shoreline to the famous Pelican Brewing half a mile north, and continue your post-lunch explorations among Cape Kiwanda's dunes, tidepools, hiking trails, and viewpoints. When you're not surfing or strolling, you can check out the renowned Three Capes Scenic Drive or head 22 miles south to shop in Lincoln City.NOTE: *Please be aware that the refrigerator on the deck has been removed* *Please be aware that depending on the season, the tide can bring in excessive sand - this may hinder the ability to see the ocean view from the windows*PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
