You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! There is also a Kayak/Paddleboard rental company next door, River Canyon Adventures (seasonal May-Labor Day)! Our Guests receive a discount there as well. We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays!The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with basic cable and wifi. There is also a community grill that is available for use!If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock! It's perfect for fishing, swimming, or putting kayaks into the water! The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and the sun!Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. Prentice cooper is only a few minutes away, and Signal Mountain is just 10 minutes away! Both have great trails with bluff views! We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga.
