This is a beloved area of the river to float, and there's also a boat launch on the bank directly opposite. Also right across the river is Milo McIver State Park, giving you pristine nature views from the house and easy access to miles of trails, a disc golf course, and a fish hatchery.Greet each morning with beautiful scenes of the surrounding river and woods framed by walls of windows. Step outside onto the spacious patio to find the perfect spot for coffee, an alfresco breakfast, or a barbecue lunch later on in the afternoon.Inside, the house is intentionally free from the distractions of everyday life. Rather than turning on a TV (as there are none), you can sit down at the grand piano to work out a new tune or read in the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. To ensure your comfort, however, incredibly fast 1GB fiber optic internet is provided to ensure seamless streaming, gaming, and browsing on your devices.In the evenings, unwind with a soothing soak in the primary suite's jetted bathtub and retire to two bedrooms - both of which have new mattresses and direct access to the outdoors. Central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.Things to KnowIn the winter, the river is very swift and can be dangerous. Continuously monitor children and wear life jackets if recreating in the water.Check-in time: 4:00 PM.Check-out time: 10:00 AM.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
