Guests will feel comfortable and totally pampered as they enjoy this completely renovated getaway. Guests won't find it hard to relax in this fully updated cottage that blends shabby chic and industrial farmhouse for a modern and cozy feel. Each season offers fresh opportunities to enjoy the property and surrounding areas. In the warmer months, lounge on the patio to catch some rays or shooting stars, stroll through large outdoor property, or explore one of the many quaint towns nearby. Water lovers and fishermen are in luck with both Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua so close by. The drive can even accommodate limited boat parking if needed.There's still plenty to enjoy both inside and outside when the days get colder. There's plenty of room to build snow forts, cross-country ski or snowshoe. When it's time to get warm, build a cozy fire, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, challenge someone to a round of darts or any other game available in the downstairs family room. Many winter sporting opportunities are available nearby, but guess should check online for dates and details while planning their stay.There's a small garden near the home where guests will find an asortment of seasonal vegetables and herbs. As a special treat in October, the region will be buzzing for grape harvest season and then again in March for maple syrup harvest. Guests with dogs are more than welcome, too. We have dog bowls, a 24x36 kennel and pooper scoopers ready. We just asked the dogs be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival and the guest pick up after their pets. Guests have full access to the home and surrounding outdoor property including a working vineyard.Please note.... The hot tub is open seasonally from April through October.
