We look forward to welcoming you to your next unforgettable getaway.Guest Access:Guests have access to the entire property.Other Things to Note:*Maximum occupancy of 12 people at all times including visitors, home is equipped with exterior cameras to ensure compliance. *No street parking at any time, maximum of six vehicles. *Absolutely no parties, or no visitors allowed above the guest count. *No loud music or loud noise outside, house is in an extremely quiet neighborhood, home is equipped with noise monitoring devices to ensure this rule is met. *Guest must present two valid forms of ID prior to receiving check in instructions. *Violations of these rules will lead to immediate cancellation of booking with no refunds and $1,000 fine. *Must be at least 30 years old to book.
