In our backyard there is a mountain biking Mecca, gooseberry Mesa. If you are adventurous and a outdoors person this place is for you. Wake up every day with a breathtaking view of Zion’s National Park, and enjoy a large private backyard veranda and gas fire pit that is all surrounded by natural brush and trees providing the perfect secluded getaway. This beautiful desert 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located 4 miles away from Gooseberry Mesa, (some of the best Mountain Biking trails in Utah) and only 36 miles away from Zion’s National park. (8 miles via back-country roads). Close and convenient access to trails that can be enjoyed by ATV’s, Mountain Bikes, or hiking to explore the nearby Grafton ghost-towns, breath-taking desert slot canyons or towering mesas providing views of desert landscapes as far as the eye can see. Because of the secluded nature of this home, and the lack of light pollution, you will never see a better starlit sky. There is a convenient store in Apple Valley with a great little grill where you can order excellent hamburgers. hurricane is 11 miles from Apple Valley, which has many restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a Walmart store. Colorado city is 11 miles away going east. It has a nice new grocery store with a deli and a grill.
